Grilled cheese is not actually grilled, but the cheese is burned. The bread is steamed. What a mistake going here for anything but a bad donut.

all the food was amazing as always but the customer service was terrible. I politely asked for my food after waiting at least 30 minutes and the employee in a very rude tone asked "what was it?"...

Always so kind, and the service is great. Busy location, but they're working hard. Better coffee and way more friendly than most Starbucks.
