The Perdido Bay Water, Sewer and Fire Protection District is a non-profit water utility providing water services for the Lillian, Perdido Beach, Josephine and Un-incorporated areas of Elberta, in Beautiful Baldwin County Alabama. This web-page has been provided as an informational tool for our customers, current and future.
