The manger was extremely rude and unhelpful in resolving a mistake that was made on my account. I would highly recommend avoiding this AT&T location if you have the option.

I called ATT and hopefully they'll get back to the store on Abbott. They were very apologetic for your employee's behaviour. I did get a phone through them and I guess you missed out on a 12 pro max.
