They are understaffed which leads to waiting for anything. Need to get stamped? Wait for someone behind the counter to come stamp you, and then wait for them to come back to take care of you....

Decent for kids birthday. Austin was fabulous. Kids had fun. All kids git unlimited play for 90 minutes. Way better than tokens
