The class was very well organized, the kitchen was clean, spacious and bright, the instructor knowledgeable, engaging and well prepared. Our Kouign Amann turned out delicious! Highly recommended!

I really liked the babka bread course, a very good course and every time I go I meet very nice people, of course I will come back again and I love learning all kinds of baking.
