Can I give a negative number? They are awful. Their monthly dues amount is very high, and they are continually adding additional "special assessment fees." They never make the requested repairs

This place is horrible unprofessional they don't get back to you in a timely manor and take money from your bank without authorization. They hang up on you if they no longer want to speak to you...
