Delicious boba, and such a cute spot!! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see all of the cute Christmas decorations in the store and the other art. They have a big boba statue outside....

Creme Brulee Boba was very good! Tea could be stronger for the fruit tea. Street parking was convenient and easy to find. Metered parking. Right next to a pretty good dumpling place too....
