Similar story to everyone else. Jim took my deposit, never delivered windows, eventually said the factory messed up, canceled the contract and said he would return deposit. This was months ago....

Beware!!!!! What a nightmare to deal with this company. Jim Larsen took our deposit of $2500 back in October 2018 for installation of sliding door. He would not respond to any calls or emails...
