They're friendly and the shop is clean and what not but they dont do a great job and they charge too much. I had them stitch back together a small panel on a pair of boots that was maybe 10-12...

I'm so upset. I just bought a vintage lv bag. My fiancé brought it in to get the vachetta cleaned and my bag looks dirty and more worn than when I took it in. I'm not even sure how that is...

They have fixed shoes for me and also redyed a green purse which came out beautifully. Very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.
