Not sure why this location is low overall ratings. Sure it's a difficult drive thru but I order ahead and park nearby and grab my order. I've been here 3+ times when in the area and the workers...

This is horrible! You order in the app and it says 10 to 15 minutes or even less and it's never ever done! It's made me late to work twice and I'm over it at this location. I have tried everything...

I ordered a tall iced caramel macchiato the entire cup was filled with ice. I took about three sips and the whole drink was gone. This was like six dollars.
