Old lady with short hair-shift manager is rude and not good with customer service. I think she don't know how to say Hi or Thank you to customer. She should be trained again from the company.

Told me to not reach over to grab a straw. Don't put them behind glass then. In N out doesn't do that, chic fil A doesn't, why do you think you are special? Don't do this, rude and annoying.

One of the best around the town. It is clean and has a good ambiance. Irvine and its surroundings don't have large enough coffees to meet with friends or work, so that's why this location is...
