Scheduled an appointment on line at 4:00pm for 4:45pm. Arrived at 4:39pm and my daughter is in getting washed and cut immediately. I love this! Great customer service and my baby girl is happy....

The staff Evea desont know how to cut hair ,brought a picture of med shag cut ,before I got in her chair I showed her picture, & only wanted cut ,blow dry ,didn't need a wash or conditioner...
