I was having lunch with some coworkers, and afterward, I stumbled upon this place. Nice simple boba milk tea shop. Simple decor. Though, no ac on a warm 87° day. They had a fan running. But still...

Sadly appears to be permanently closed. :( Signs are gone and windows are taped up. We enjoyed them for years!
