I understand some boxes require more tape than others, but to make a customer buy a roll of tape just because you don't wanna tape a box together because it's company policy is a bit ridiculous...

It's like either the staff here is incompetent and/or unfriendly and not helpful. Attitudes are not pleasant and I never have a good experience here.
