Horrible customer service. Came to drop off 2 Nike order returns. Had the orginal packaging. This store staff asked me to purchase additional boxes for the return although it's a UPS drop-off...

Very good service with decent parking. Everyone is very friendly and nice. I hardly ever have to wait more than 10 minutes.
