I go to donate all the time at this location. I enjoy my interactions with the staff. The last time the line was long they got me in and out faster than I expected.

Extremely short staffed. Donors should be able to answer questions on an app and they should not have to stand in line for hours.

I scheduled an appointment only to be told after three hours of waiting that they wouldn't be able to see me today. What is the point of scheduling appointments?

the staff is very rude. i highly recommend not coming here unless you want people talking down to you .
