What a joke. My insurance was out of network but instead of telling me the receptionist took 15 minutes to "pull up my insurance information " and then I was charged full cost for my appointment....

Just needed a set of nose pads replaced, went in and they were very helpful! My frames made it a little difficult, but they persevered and got me fixed up in one visit. Thanks!
