Do not deal with visible wireless, they are shady af, you can't talk to anyone in customer service, it's all chat and they won't solve your problem, you'll get the runaround from a virtual assistant!

The service is okay, but the billing system is really bad. It's set up on computer system, but ONLY works with 'automatic payment' being selected, and set up. I pay annually, so I get billed once...
