The manager is super rude to her employees in front of customers did not like that at all however, other employees were super nice and courteous. The food was good and I would recommend going there.

Every time I'm in New Haven, I make it a point to visit this Shake Shack location. I'm more than happy to drive 30 minutes for one of their amazing burgers! The food is consistently high...

Rip off. $26 for two normal size burgers and 2 half shakes and no fries. This would be a bargain in todays world. And in general shake shake is good a bit greasy but still overpriced
