Perhaps a training store for new managers or out for non performing. OOS normal. Expensive, no one disputes that. I live less 1/2 mile away no one goes there other than use it as a convenience...

Waited for a customer service rep to appear at the desk. Nada. Waited at least a few minutes....NADA. The customer service desk employees continue to be rude and condescending. Management needs...
