Shannon took my to go order and I felt like I was putter her out by taking up her time. Very rude! She forgot my shake and an order of fries. When I asked for them she started to say, "you didn't"...

I usually do drive-thru, so I can't speak to the dine-in area of this Arby's, but the wait at the drive-thru is usually minimal and the staff is friendly, polite, and efficient. I have loved...

My daughter gave such reviews on the fish So today that was my choice. They didn't have the. Hawaii rool.that wasn't the problem.the fish was still frozen...now I never will go back

My complaint is about the Arby's on route 10. It opened not too long ago and maybe that's the issue but we hv been there 3 times and all 3 times they messed up the order. I live close to this one...

The food was delicious! I always get better service at Arbys than Mcdonald's and Chikfula. The supervisor Joe was friendly and showed hospitality. Customers knew him by his name. I'm so sad they...
