Located in downtown Bethany Beach, Del., Bethany Blues BBQ serves traditional Southern barbecue, seafood and steaks. It specializes in cooking meats over wood smoke and does not use gas or electricity. The barbecue menu includes St. Louis cut ribs, baby back ribs, rib sampler, St. Louis chicken combo, delmarva duo, Texas two step, pulled pork Bethany-style, Carolina pork, saucy delmarva chicken, smoked sausage and tender beef brisket. Bethany Blues has the facility to host private parties for up to 250 people and has three small dining rooms that can each seat up to 20 people. It also provides catering facility to small groups and large parties of more than 200 people. Bethany Blues is fully handicap accessible offering an elevator from the street to the first floor reception and dining areas and the second floor dining area and bathrooms.
