Great staff and the pretzels are tasty. Everytime we are here we have to get at least 4 pretzels and some yummy lemonade

The almond pretzel didn't taste like almond pretzel at all. I was disappointed; it hardly had any almonds like other Auntie Anne's .

The guy who worked there did not know what he was doing. the pretzel was stall and burnt and the place looked like it had not been cleaned in year. It was horrible.
