Started in 2009 By Mike B, and it has continued to grow and develop into what it is today at Great Hometown Box to get a great WOD in. Owner Matt G has definitely upgraded the facility.

Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
