Was awful, nasty , mean manager. Bonita Beach location, seriously needs new management, that rude lady with all those piercings in her face is rude and stupid and knew nothing at all. Ridiculous!

Oh what a mess! I understand that people may rifle through the isles but I went to the kids book section and I had to go shelf diving just to see what they had. I asked an employee if this was all...
