A Conch King and Queen lead the spectacular parade, a highlight of the outrageous festivities. WHAT A BLAST!!! Its similar to Mardi Gras but on a smaller scale but includes the same body painting and bead necklass wearing and throwing. This is a big October Halloween event in Key West...
