Awful service. Came here with a friend for my order and her pickup order. Her order was supposed to be ready at 11:40am. We arrived at 11:35am and went inside. Checked in and they said the order...

This has become a favorite of my husband's and he convinced me to give it a try and I was surprised by the quality! The "Hook and Ladder" (turkey and ham) is his go to (and it is good) .

We really enjoy the food at Firehouse Subs--the sandwiches are consistently good, and it's a place we like coming back to. That said, order accuracy has been a persistent issue at this location...

Honestly I don't typically write reviews for fast food type spots but the staff here rocks so hard I had to give them a shout out! They really are fun and every time I pop in to grab a sandwich...
