Gator's Dockside is a casual dining restaurant chain that was founded in 1991 by Paul Cipparone and John Foerst with a single establishment in Florida. Today, the chain maintains more than 15 locations throughout Florida. The chain s restaurants feature sports bars that include audiovisual equipment. Its menu includes a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, entrees, desserts and side dishes. The chain s restaurants serve quesadillas, shrimp, coleslaw and french fries. It offers a special menu for children, which includes grilled cheese, chicken tenders, macaroni with cheese, sundaes and soft drinks. The chain additionally conducts fundraising activities and raises money for charitable organizations, schools and youth sports programs. Gator's Dockside maintains a location in Lake Mary, Fla.

I always sit at the bar and really enjoy the folks that I meet there. The bar tenders are always amazingly attentive and pleasant. Very comfortable atmosphere!

Just the average Gators. Typical neighborhood bar, like Cheers. Comfort foods and service. If you want to be "friends" with your server and bartender and become a regular this is your place.
