Ha Long Bay is St Petersburg's premier dining spot for those seeking truly authentic Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. Our name is derived from one of the Natural Wonders of the World, Ha Long Bay in Vietnam. We have captured much of the breathtaking landscape in the form of art and pictures which decorate our walls. There are 6 Specialty Chefs on staff: 2 Dim Sum, 2 Vietnamese and 2 Traditional Chinese. That means when you order Dim Sum and your guest orders a traditional Chinese or Vietnamese dish, our Specialty Chefs will prepare your selections individually. Our lobsters, crabs and fresh fish are just that, fresh. You can see them in our salt water aquariums. When you order one of these delectable treats, you will know for certain they are fresh, never frozen or pre-cooked. The doors to our kitchen are always open. You can see that these food preparation areas are spotless and immaculately clean. It is something of which we are very proud. This is all done out of respect for you, our guest. You will even see that our table condiments are always kept clean and free of spills.
