Service sucks. Rude, dismissive, overall South Florida attitude. I've used Hertz all over the country and service is normally great. Not remotely so here. I recommend you avoid this one.

A bit of a wait to get and again drop off the car, but the staff was pleasant. I got a new Malibu and it drove very smoothly. I would rent from them again.

This was the first time renting from this Hertz location. They were very helpful and kind. They even gave me a free upgrade. Will do business again with them.
