The hot water had an odor, like sewage. Towels are trash thin and rough like and old rag. There was rust in the cutlery. Comforter and blanket were so rough. Very low quality. The valet is great....

First, there is only 2 elevators, and ONLY one is working. 2nd, we are three guests -when we went to the room, a loveseat sofa and a single sofa that becomes a bed are the only options we have....
