Jeepney is a Filipino food business founded by Nicole Ponce in 1998, which began as a research project exploring the history, recipes, and cultural influences of Filipino cuisine. Over the years, it evolved from casual gatherings in her Brooklyn apartment to one of the first pop-up dining experiences, eventually establishing three brick-and-mortar locations and publishing an award-winning cookbook in 2019.

Since its inception, Jeepney has embraced innovative ideas and new culinary territories, driven by a commitment to knowledge, teamwork, and respect for the rich heritage of Filipino food. The establishment has become a vibrant hub for those connected by heritage or curiosity about Filipino cuisine, welcoming all who are hungry for authentic flavors and experiences.

Had the chicken adobo bowl. Fantastic! Large juicy chunks well-seasoned throughout, herbs n veggies were fresh, rice wasn't overcooked. Good value for the price. Will order again.
