Located in a renovated and modernized 1913 house in historic downtown Kissimmee, Kapp and Kappy B&B is walking distance through the South Beaumont Historic District to downtown antique malls, restaurants, boutiques, fine wine and dining, Lake Toho and the Osceola County Courthouse. Property grounds contain a sculpture garden and certified Butterfly garden. We are 25 minutes from theme parks, and 30 minutes from downtown Orlando. The elegantly decorated rooms feature modern furnishings, en-suite bathrooms with shower, free Wi-Fi, refrigerators, coffee makers, and flat-screen cable TV.
