The staff at the desk was amazing. Tina was very welcoming as well and Matt's hot yoga class with Sound Healing was fabulous!

Instructors are welcoming and supportive. Variety of classes offered daily. I always feel relaxed and restored. The sound bath is a wonderful added bonus!
