Meyer-Webb, Karen

Tiara is the owner and provider of TLC Telecare, where she delivers accessible, compassionate medical care with purpose and expertise. A proud Tampa native, she brings many years of nursing experience, including six years as an RN before earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2018.

Susan Bingham, MSN, APRN, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in health care. She earned a bachelor of social work from University of South Florida and continued her education at University of Tampa, graduating with a master of science in nursing. Susan has worked in family practice at several facilities in Tampa, including centers for migrant and homeless health care. She is certified in functional medicine and is a member of professional organizations including the Institute for Functional Medicine, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Florida Nurse Practitioner Network and Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nursing Council.
