I waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 soups. I got home and missing my entire sandwich... the manager said "oh yeahh that tuna sandwich it came out like 30 seconds after you walked out".........

Wow. The cleanliness is world class. Every Panera I go to carpet is not vacuumed. This place vacuums every night. Not one crumb staff if friendly food is good.
