HistoryI discovered yoga while working to lose the extra post-baby weight in 2005. Yoga helped me feel calm and balanced through the days and long nights tending to a newborn. In 2010 I established my wellness company in Las Vegas offering nutrition and exercise guidance to individuals, and corporate wellness programs to mid-size companies and their employees. In 2011 I obtained my yoga and Pilates certifications and began teaching through my company at various locations including Las Vegas Athletic Clubs, American Kiok Management, and Body Heat Yoga to name a few. When my family made the cross country move to the beautiful Florida Keys I was immediately hired by Mariners Wellness Center in Tavernier as the team's lead instructor and HealthyTimes news magazine editor. I currently teach four yoga classes there weekly in addition to yoga and pilates on the beach at MM88. I also offer private and large group classes on location for corporate retreats, family reunions and wedding parties.SpecialtiesMargi's areas of expertise include the Pilates method for strengthening, Hatha-Raja and Vinyasa Yoga.
