The manager on duty manipulated the price of a pair of slippers to be more expensive. When I complained I got nowhere, I got the state involved and Ross chose not to respond to the state.

I am 15th back in line with just one item, only one cashier open. If I didn't really want it I'd just leave. I'll shop at Marshall's, but I will never never ever come back to Ross !!!
