Just left and Ericka, what a rude lady! I usually have a great experience at these but wow, she didn't seem to be happy to be there. Very off putting.

I was there for over an hour trying to be finger printed yesterday. We got the first 2/3 of my hands and the last didn't register. They made me start over where non of the finger prints...

there is always a problem here... alwaysss they dont acept this or this or i have to do my self the service ... and this is the only ups when this things happens
