At Tijuana Flats in University Park, Sarasota, we make our food to order using
the freshest ingredients prepared the same day you enjoy them. Even our queso,
guac, and salsa are made from scratch every day. That's just how we roll.
At our Hot Bar, you're the boss of the sauce. Add a hint of
heat, a touch of sweet, or douse your dish with a five-alarm fire. Our Hot Bar
is loaded with an assortment of tangy, smoky, sweet, and spicy sauces.
Tijuana Flats' entrées include burritos, burrito bowls,
chimichangas, dos tacos, flautas, fresh salads, nachos, and quesadillas. Guests
have their choice of tortilla with flour and wheat, as well as hard and soft
corn with tacos.
