They came out and sprayed the outside, half of the job they billed me for, on a date I specifically asked them not to come to the home because I would be out of town and it would upset my elder...

Do not use Arrow Exterminators. Came to my home with no notice and sprayed only the outside of the house. They still want to collect on the $90.00 per visit fee. DO NOT USE.
