They don't have parking because they're in downtown so you'll have to pay for street parking. I think it's like $2/hr so I probably wouldn't come here just for this place but if you're already...

Have t eaten here yet but seems all the younger generation stop here first as it's like a local Starbucks. Clean place diverse menu, interesting people. Prompt service. Sounds good to me!
