I guess I lucked out--had great customer service and super fast service during my visit. Way better than what some of the reviews had me expecting. No complaints here!

Terrible service. These people must be the rejects from the dumb as dirt society. 4 or 5 people are always "working" but it takes them 10 minutes to make one drink and it's almost always wrong....

I can't believe they DISCONTINUED the french crullers!!! I am not sure I will ever come back here. Crullers are the best.

If I could give a zero star I would. Terrible customer service and really bad attitude from the man taking orders and I try ordering some doughnuts and they had none of the ones I wanted. I...

So rude. That's it, just so rude. I've never been talked to like that by any customer service worker: She apparently didn't appreciate that I continued to order food after the first couple donuts...
