Price increase $100 + within one year. Plus I had a leak in my unit and management keeps stating they'll reach out but no such luck. Do not recommend.

Everything was great from online reservations to access with the app. Only thing I don't like is the 5×5 I rented is not 5×5 it's actually 4×4.

i need to cancel my storage so that i won't get charged and no longer ne answers at customer service unless you're getting a new unit. Worst customer service Ever
