This place is a scam.. they arbitrarily increase the rent every few months for no reason, I went from paying like $165 a month to $318 in less than a year of being there, I moved out about 10 days...

Gate closes and if you are not out of the lot, you will be locked in overnight. There is absolutely no one to call. BS
