The lines can get insanely slow at this location. The first time I stopped here the food was not good. I recently stopped again and the food was actually good & the line moved faster this time.

Steak 'n Shake, a classic American brand, was founded in 1934 in Normal, Illinois by Gus Belt who pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milkshakes.

Ordered a couple of milkshakes 1/14/2026 and less than 15% of the cup actually contained milkshake the remainder was whipped cream, if your milkshake machine is down, please just say that.
