Can not talk to a live person. Trying to pay for 1 yr. Have never had a call back per their auto-attendant. Don't know what the currant rates are.. Have they really gone up over 30%?

Poorest excuse for a newspaper company. Average delivered copy is only 10 pages. Delivery service is hit and miss. Takes days to get a replacement paper. Telephone customer service is...
