The company can perform full software and hardware engineering, printed circuit board design, layout, assembly and testing, as well as final assembly. It can deliver a finished product to its customer s door. The company has two primary service areas. Its main office, South Elgin, Ill., is located in the Chicago suburbs and serves the Midwest. The company also maintains a second office that serves the Las Vegas area. Bob Kowalski founded Creative Electronics and Software in 1989.
