The staff is very attentive. They assisted my friend with looking at various purses. They helped and wrapped the bag up nicely. It is a nice place to visit especially olif you like high end items.

Do not buy from this Chanel store. It is not well run, has bad energy and doesn't comply with normal return and exchange policies. They will burn you. Shop elsewhere.
