We ordered through the app and the food was ready at the time listed. Parking is easy and even with the new sw and new boba shop in the same section I wouldn't expect it to be ever be difficult....

Witnessed an employee tell a customer to "go somewhere else if you're broke" and then call him the F slur when he complained about the portions and asked for a manager. Worst customer service...
